About the Show

Lead with Heart is a groundbreaking series hosted by Dr. Jesse Hanson, somatic psychologist and healer, that explores a deeper, more human approach to leadership — one rooted not just in strategy, but in presence, awareness, and the wisdom of the body. Each episode invites viewers into a world where nervous-system wellness, relational intelligence, and trauma-informed practices redefine what it means to lead.
Through conversations with leaders, healers, visionaries, and innovators, the show unpacks how emotional clarity, somatic awareness, and authentic connection transform teams, organizations, and personal impact. Rather than focusing on titles or tactics, Lead with Heart reveals the inner landscape of leadership — how grounded presence, compassion, and embodiment awaken the potential in others.
Airing weekly on NowMedia Television, Lead with Heart offers stories, science, and practices that empower viewers to lead with depth, influence with intention, and show up fully in every aspect of life. Because the greatest leaders don’t just guide people — they awaken them.
